No Contact Details, No Refund

I received my item from China last week Thursday without a power supply that'll fit our South African plugs. I contacted them and they quickly rep**** I could buy a Plug from them, but I decided to buy one through Takealot.

We tested the sheet and it was not working as the cable had a fault in it. I have sent multiple e-mails requesting how I should return this item to get a refund, but no-one is replying and no contact details available.

They say it's South African Company, but they are not based in Jhb.

Very unhappy and I was so excited to use this.
