Grounded4Life ran away with my money

I bought a grounding sheet from this company in November 2024. To date (9 January 2024) , I have not received my parcel. Every time i message them, they use delay tactics and say they are sorry and here is the tracking number. You're on your own. The tracking number just gives bogus attempts at deliveries. When one buys, they make it look like it is a South African company with a .co.za address so one assumes a local company. This company is from China. My order still has not been received. it is January , 09 2025 and they do not take accountability to make good on the money I paid. I just want a refund now.
