Grounded4Life Not Recommended

On the 26th February 2025 at 09h43 I ordered a Grounded4Life Sheet and a Grounded4Life Adapter. On the 11th March I received the Grounding Sheet, and received a notification that the Adapter was still on its way. I'm not sure why they would be sent separately. Then later in the day I received another notification saying that my Adapter had been delivered and signed for. Firstly, when the Grounding Sheet was delivered, it had a signature on it, which was my name, but not my signature. The company now insists that I also signed, on a separate occasion for the Adapter. As often as I follow up, I do not get any response. As far as they are concerned, it was signed for, so it must have been delivered to me, but I still have not received it. It is unbelievable how they have just disconnected from me and could not be bothered about any kind of customer satisfaction. Why would I keep following up if I had received the Adapter. According to them, use of the grounding sheet is possible with the adapter. I have the grounding sheet which I am not able to use without the adapter. I am convinced that this company does not keep their stock. Once they receive your order and your payment, they place their order with Temp or such like company. And then it's off their hands. I would NOT recommend ordering from Grounded4Life.
