Feel ********** and totally Dissapointed and dissattisfied

I bought a sheet from Grounded4life and was so exited however it took almost 2 months to arrive! they do not have contact numbers anywhere excepting email address! then I was told they are hand made and this is why it takes long, (should a business like this not carry stock as it was not a special order?). eventually it arrived with a tear in it ! I mean really!!! This product is no South african product and it comes from China at a fraction of the price!! Really do not buy from these people!! When i complained their attitude was "you will always get clients who are not happy" How pathetic!!!
