Extremely poor service from Grounded Property

The agent Howard Ntsomela is very unprofessional and disputed clauses of the lease yet they are documented. He expects you the landlord to manage the tenant, doesn't supply checkin list or do outgoing inspection, very rude to the landlord who solicited the service, doesn't provide timeouts feedback on queries, doesn't discuss the potential tenant with landlord, doesn't do inspections, doesn't vet the tenant on cancellation reasons, the list is endless. To make matters worse, the company demands a deposit upfront yet tenants can cancel anytime while you've paid for the duration of lease. This company deserves to go out of business; they are the worst!

Very very unprofessional company with very bad agent in my experience. Stay away!!!! There are many other property companies with better service!
