Ground Up Construction Cape Town- hands off

<div>Very bad and sad experience. This contractor used cheap sub-contractors and could not make sure that they would deliver a decent job. We had to appoint another contractor to deal with the issues that Ground Up left us with (severe water leaks, missing waterproofing, incorrectly build in windows, incorrectly installed flooring etc) and to rectify their faulty work - all backed by professional reports about their defaults, We ended up paying nearly one million rand extra to rectify all the areas where they cut corners and some serious building mistakes.</div>
