Manager at The Terrace at the Ground needs to be fired!

We were invited to join friends at this venue for the first time yesterday. We were looking for a nice outdoorsy type venue as it was a nice summers day. We were pleasantly surprised by the place. The drinks were great and the food was yummy, but we got there at 2pm and at 4ish, the manager came over to ask us if we were done as “apparently” she needed our table! There was no need for this as there were no people waiting. We also hadn’t eaten our main course. Our friend who booked for us had confirmation of our booking and there was no mention of a limited seating time as we would have just gone elsewhere. Later on when we ordered a drink close to the end, she grabbed the waiter (Given) and told him not to give us any more drinks. We called the manageress over to the table to explain our disappointment on the way she had treated us and her mannerism and she had the audacity to clap her hands in a dismissive fashion and walked away whilst we were still trying to explain how poorly she had treated us. This woman should be fired! I am the CEO of a company and if I treated one of my customers like that, I wouldn’t have any! Her name is Mail Khanyile. Disgusting behavior!
