Incentive never compensated

The company doesn't treat respondents according to their promise, I completed a 3 day task using my data for internet connection and giving my time for them. After an incentive is promised but never received due to they adamant that they sent my incentive. Only to find out it was sent to wrong phone numbers I didn't use as per contact details, then just like that it was done with me. I'm not happy how they handled my situation which makes me question their reputation as a legit research company or they ****ming people???
