Don't accept brand new product return within 5 days

25 April 2016 (17:36pm)- My baby nose is dry & bleeding often , Grosvenor Pharmacy owner white guy with curly hair, told us you can use Nuban intment for my baby & i bought it. After I back home I read the product description, it shows do not apply inside nose , 30 April 2016 (14:55pm)- today I went to the Grosvenor pharmacy / Apteek to return the goods for the refund. Grosvenor Pharmacy owner white guy with curly hair, told us it has been 5 days & by law we don’t allow to take medicine back? Even product is brand new & sealed Please advise if we have right to get this product refund 1. He gave us wrong medicien (can't apply inside nose) 2. Product is return in brand new & sealed condition (within 5days) Please assist us, do we have right to return the goods & get refund?
