Hi Please if you are looking to rent or sell do not make use of these people.I rented out my property because my wife started working overseas,it was the biggest mistake ever dealing with Grosch properties.The tenants messed up my property and the agency couldn't care less.Rent was paid late and damage to the property was at my expense even though i was not in the country.I strongly advice anyone to Never deal with these *********** people.
