Pathetic treatment by owner of Groovy Baby Apparel.

I've placed an order with them from 09 December 2019. Today as i write on the 30th of January 2020, i still haven't received anything. After calling and writing without receiving any feedback from them i got a cold response on the 22nd of January 2020 saying "Good day, if it has not arrived by Friday please let us know". I received nothing on the 23rd of January 2020 and informed them and asked to receive a full refund if my order does not arrive. I today still haven't received a single rand in refunds, my order or an apology. They are PATHETIC!!! I found the owner on Twitter (@FinessekidTjay) and wrote to her asking her for my order, but she ignored my message and continued tweeting.
