Pathetic Service- Groovey Baby!!!

Pathetic service from Groovey Baby, I purchased goods on Black friday using to vouchers 2 vouchers which their system allowed, and payment was made. The next day I got an emailing saying only one voucher is allowed and I would need to pay the diff. I rep**** saying not a problem advised which voucher to use. To date I am still waiting for a reply. The phone goes straight to voice mail and they do not reply to email even though it says we will respond within 24-48 hours. Pathetic service this feels like a **** thats how pathetic this is
