A month later with no items and no refund

Do not shop from these people, they will take your money and deliver your parcel to another province. They won't respond to your email queries and will take a whole week to respond to queries via DM. Not to mention they won't tell you the items are sold out - not giving you a chance for a refund and will send it out a month later (to another province). The last 2 things are ******* btw.

Good day
The delivery being sent to a different province was completely out of our control during December multiple companies experience lost parcels .
Our team has assisted via Instagram in regards to your refund ,due to the socks being sold out by our supplier we are unable to reship as stated
