Discrete responses for requests and last minute cancellations for large orders. We were advised that the Covid 19 pandemic has affected everyone yet we cant place orders to help businesses in this tough time. Upon request to take our business elsewhere, we were declined the opportunity as well. Honestly felt like an employee being reprimanded not a client being treated professionally.
