No product received, no responses

Be careful ordereding from this company. I ordered in October and it's now almost end of November. They did a huge advertising campaign on IG, which is where I came across them. They sent an email saying they had "theft" so there is a delay, but that I would receive by 20th at the latest. The complaints about this company go back months, so this theft seems to be an excuse. No reply to my multiple emails and IG messages too.
