Groovd.co.za ****?

Placed my order on the November 6, 2023 and made payment. Received an email confirmation and that I will be informed when my order will be delivered after 7 - 12 days. I have not heard anything from them yet. I emailed twice to the *** email address. No response. The number available on their site goes straight to voicemail. Even tried the FAQ on the groovd site, but no response.
