wating 4hrs to see doctor

I was at Gsh eye clinic out patient with my aunt today...I just want to say a big thank you to some doctors working at GSH eye clinic outpatient that really wants to help the people sitting for 4-6 hrs<br> Then theirs some doctors that's busy on their smartphones chatting on face book / twitter etc. Instead of attending to patients sitting, and when they finish chatting on the phones then its tea or lunch brake...arriving at pharmcy to find the theirs big 90min waiting sign. Both dept. Must step up service levels to the puplic
