Wasted time and still no help given.

I visited the hospital twice this week. Both times at the gynae section on K floor and was told so many different things and was refused help. I also have a referral letter from my GP but was told they no longer accept those. This is not the first time this hospital disappoints me. Zero people skills from staff. They claim to have made me an appointment on Monday to come on Wednesday only to tell me they have nothing that confirms this. This hospital might as well close its doors. Useless is an understatement. Exactly the type of service I’d expect when it’s free.
