Suffering Father

My father has stage 4 cancer in his spine. Doctors want to operate to alleviate pain operation was initially for 23 April 2020 they then decided to change the operation date to the 20th of April yesterday. He has yet as of now to be operated on because the staff are dealing with Corona Virus cases which is far more important then my father and stage 4 Cancer. we called the hospital and spoke to a Junior Dr who says we need to phone back tomorrow morning 22 April at 7 when there is a senior Dr available how helpful is this. Apparently this hospitals main focus now is on COVID 19 ONLY. WHAT ABOUT CANCER PATIENTS????????????????? Meanwhile my father has not eaten since Sunday as they are prepping him for surgery he has been crying because he has so much pain and they obviously can't give him too much morphine. Why GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL ARE YOU NEGLECTING YOUR CANCER PATIENTS MY FATHER COULD DIE AT ANY MINUTE BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE. WHAT ABOUT CANCER IS IT NOT SERIOUS IS IT ONLY CORONA VIRUS IN THE WORLD NOW HEY. My father had no idea when the operation is going to happen this is pathetic man he is suffering alone. My family cannot be by his side because of lockdown I am so disgusted and disappointed in this hospital one of the top in Cape Town
