Rudeness of a nurse

As I am written this review, I am heart broken, angry and in tears. I called ward G25 at 10h25am this morning to find out the progress about my sister, the nurse was soooooo rude and insensitive. I wanted to ask can I speak to my sister, Kholeka she was admitted cause she had stroke and she broke her phone 3 days back, I wanted to check how she is & the level of rudeness from the nurse was beyond. She told me my sister cannot come to the phone, she is the same, no progress and I must wait for the doctor to call. Ohk that I understand, but sister please be polite.

The coloured lady who called 2 days back was extremely nice, and the lady who called me last night, but this 1 was rude. We can't visit our people, it's been since the 31st Dec all I requested is a way to speak to her, I really don't understand the level of rudeness I got.
