I trust this email finds you well.

I'm a bit concerned about the help and feedback my family is continuously getting.

My daddy returned to the hospital because he had a stroke affected his brain. Doctors didn't have much hope and said they were going to monitor him for the next 24 hours. Fair enough after 24 hours they were amazed to see how well he was doing but bare in mind this man can talk, move or eat BUT they moved him to general ward? This is a man who had a triple bypass and the suffered from a stroke and now he can talk.

Also very importantly one of your doctors told us in very way his not gona make it.

I would like to talk to whoever is in charge or someone that can tell me they going to look into this right way.

I've posted reviews and I'm contacting you now so I hope you can redirect me. I will all over social media with this. And I don't want to blow things out of proportion. I know how the doctor looks I know his name all we want if for the doctors and nurses to seem like they know what they doing and who they taking care of.
