Pathetic

<p>Extremely disappointed in the service received by the security department and the nursing staff at the trauma unit C14. There were about 6 patients with head wounds a boy who got bricked to his face people who were in an accident and us dog bite. Some have been here since last night and us since 7:00 it is now 14:30 nurses are on lunch and we are still waiting. I am disgusted by the treatment we are receiving from the "public servants" of this hospital. They are unorganised, they work in triage but they don't know how to work it people are helped randomly and not according to the severity of their wounds. I am no doctor but I at least know that. Something needs to be done about the sluggishness of the staff here and management needs to be looked at. </p> <p> </p>
