Negligent nurses

The nurses at Groote Schuur Hospital ward G25 are so useless they seat the gossiping while the patient need their assistance my mom was wet from the whole bed but they were around doing nothing, I wish I can remove her to other hospital I have complained to the doctor but they did nothing
