Late mother sent home in dying state without any direct communication regarding her condition

Good day, i would just like to express my heart felt distraught experience with Grooterschuur hospital, due to the fact that i cant make peace with the manner she passed away. My late mom was rushed to Grooterschuur hospital on 16th February due to a major stroke she had that cause a blood clot to burst on her brain leaving her unresponsive. Since 16th till the 19th feb she was laying under critical conditions in a with recovering patience in a specific ward SEEMED AND SMELT LIKE SHES NEVER BEEN BATHED EITHER:( and was awaiting to be moved to a quieter more private ward. But this never happened. On continously asking about my moms condition not once have the doctors told us to prepare for her passing instead they prepared us to look after her in the state she was in. DOCTORS HAS SENT MY MOM HOME WITHOUT OXYGEN IN A DYING STATE AND WAS NOT DIRECT TO US ON HER CONDITION, SHE WAS HOME FOR 6-7 HOURS IN PAIN AND STRUGGLED TO BREATH :(' WE HAD TO ON OUR OWN ASSUMPTIONS REALISE THAT MOM IS SUFFERING TO A HUGE EXTEND AND IT SEEMED THAT HER ORGANS WAS GIVING IN (BUT STILL NOBODY AT THE HOSPITAL SAID THAT THIS IS HAPPENING) SHE PASSED AWAY IN PAIN, COULDN'T SPEAK OR SAY GOOD BYE. ITS GODS WILL AND WE ACCEPTED THAT BUT PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY BETTER COMMUNICATION FROM GROOTERSCHUUR HOSPITAL WOULD MAKE MY ACCEPTANCE SO MUCH EASIER. Mom passed away the 20th February may your Beautiful Strong Soul Rest in Peace Mom :(
