I am not happy

I have never had such a bad services like this in my whole life !!!!!! I'm a patient who is on a wheelchair who is using a wheelchair and using taxi to travel . I gave in my wheelchair last year 2019 to be repaired around March and no one called me to give me up dates with the process up until I made a follow up this year January and I was advised to come collect my wheelchair on 28th of February which I did . When I got there I was told that the lady ( Coreen) who supposed to assist me is not in cause she cancelled all her appointments and there was a lady who told me that she will try to call Coreen and when she came back she told me that I have missed my appointment . My thing is , at first they said she has cancelled all her appointments for the day and now all of a sadden I have missed my appointment . I even made a note with my line manager where I work (learnership) that on this day I will be collecting my chair . So I was sent back home without being helped and so you can Imagine I had to climb that long road of Groote Schuur for nothing !!!! I am not so happy at all and I believe that Is a good hospital but with not good employees
