Help me

My name is imtiaz every month or 2 I go to groot schuur hospital for approximately I sit while day without any help....iam having problems with my feet I have ulcer bit doctors at the facility alwys giving me appointments if I ask they don't have an answer...now I can't walk properly and alwyd my feet burn Can someone please help me I can walk iam in pain...I need vascular surgery otherwise I won't be able to walk pls help Patient number is GSH ***
