The doctors and nurses were nice and polite. It’s the outpatient admin that I have a problem with. They take their own sweet time. Attend to two or three patients and gone who know where. And come back some time later. One admin calls the same patients name for half an hour in between taking breaks and the patient was clearly not there. They need to be trained to be fast and efficient.
