EXCELLENT TREATMENT BY NURSING STAFF AT GROOTE SCHUUR G5 WARD

I want to commend all the Nursing staff at Ward G5 at Groote Schuur hospital for the excellent manner in which they treat all their patients from the time of arrival. They share pertinent information with all the patients; informing you of the process of the day, showing you where the ablution facilities are, water and microwave facilities are available and then they continuously check up on the patients who are sitting in the waiting room. They assist the sick and aged to beds to rest whilst these patients wait on the doctors to attend to you. They assist the aged / sick by contacting their loved ones to collect them after they have been attended to. The team of doctors that were on duty on 2 February 2023 also came forward to introduce themselves and explained the process to all patients. It was so heartwarming to be there alongside a patient who was diagnosed with the lymphatic disorder. I AM SO PROUD THAT WE STILL HAVE CARING DOCTORS AND NURSING STAFF WORKING AT G5 AT GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL. THANK YOU.
