DISGUSTED WITH AN EMPLOYEE AT GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL "Nezembeyo"

Not sure how to spell this *****s name, but calls himself "Nezembeyo" at C14, this staff member at Groote Schuur is one of the rudest individuals, has no telephone etiquette, is insulting with no manners, etc. We only called to ask how our mother was doing and want to know what the rules and regulations are about coming through to see her and if she might need pyjamas or whatever or even something to eat, mind you she does not have her cellphone with her and my sis who is with her is not picking up her cellphone, and we getting worried this side. That piece of $#&+ Nezembeyo tells us to not be phoning again because we're disturbing him. He certainly is in the wrong employment. SIES...DISGUSTING!!!!
