Disgusted by the poor service. Doctor wanted to give me an injection without even examining me first!

Groote schuur absolutely disgusted by your service! Especially C24! I think this doctors name is Dr. Ndlovu, well this post goes out to you! This doctor had his students present my case to him not wanting to hear what I have to say. This doctor wants to give me treatment ( an injection) based off on what he read about my case without doing and scans or even examining me. When I told him I refused the injection and asked for another alternative I was then asked to fill out a form stating that I refuse the hospitals help. This is the same doctor that asked me why I called him back because I'm wasting his time and that he has other patients to see to and I'm distracting him! After refusing to sign the form the wouldn't let me leave the ward without signing!

I left the hospital untreated without any medication and mind you I've been sitting there since 9 this morning and only left past 7 the evening. The sisters are just so rude with their ugly attitude and yes I'm speaking about you sister Visagie! The one who refused to give me ibuprofen and told the student to give me panado instead.

To the student (not mentioning her name), thank you for actually listening to me and trying to assist me.

I'm utterly disgusted, exhausted and frustrated with the pathetic service of this hospital!
