Complain

What a poor service I'm receiving at this hospital. I was admitted on Monday morning, after being hit by taxi and had a bad bone fracture on right leg.

I was not to eat on Monday because I have to go for surgery, they only told me at 8pm that I can eat my surgery is postponed for Wednesday. Wednesday came which is today, again they told me not to eat until the surgery, I had no breakfast nor medication the whole day. I'm in deep pains but no one seems to care. It's 9pm now and no one seems to know if I will go for surgery or not.

I ordered food from Mr D, but the security didn't allow the driver on delivery food to my ward (Ward F22)
