Bad Service

I visited the hospital in January 2018 as I needed to have an impacted wisdom tooth assessed. I was then given a date for surgery ( 20/06/2018) . I arrive on 20/06/2018 then examined again and told that the Dentist who assessed me had made a mistake by indicating that would need to go under local anaesthesia when in fact it should have been general and that I would need to make an appointment at Tygerberg hospital! No apology for my wasted time, the dentist just giggled and said "oops". I was then given an assessment date for the 20/09/2018. Been waiting to have the impacted tooth removed for close to a year! Not impressed by the delay and unprofessional service!
