bad service

My sister has been in groote schuur for 2 days the nurses in the hospital do not care at all and the Dr's disappeared she was in pain for 2 full days without any assistance from the nurses nobody cared,1 of the nurses even said she must leave because she's making a noise,no pain ****ers were given to her nobody cared to even help her, this is the kind of treatment patients get from this hospital,no cares,nurses have a really bad attitude people are miss treated highly by the nurses, around 06:15am a Dr came and looked at her file and they just gave her pain ****ers, without even looking at her
