Absolute worst service for elderly

At the emergency rooms with my mom just after 1 the afternoon. All patients before her were seen but her. When I went to enquire as to what's the delay I was met with resistance from security. Couldn't complain to the head doctor on duty as he was busy doing rounds but we were here way before rounds even started. My mom is an elderly cancer patient who was in pain, but we waited over 5 hrs to be helped with much complaints first. Night shift was almost on duty and we still waited! Pathetic service for elderly.
