Very bad customer service

I've placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes on the 11th of August. I've only received my order in October, but was not happy with the order and I did contact Grondpad Vellies and they've told me that they will send someone to come collect the shoes and I am still waiting. I've contacted them on email, Facebook messenger, whats app and I even spoke to the owner and he made one promise after another and does not even reply to my messages. I would like my money back and I will never order or recommend buying from them as the customer service is pathetic.
