They went the extra grondpad mile...

I just want to say that Grondpad Vellies gave me excellent service. We ordered a pair of vellies for my wife... the vellies were not on their cataloque, but they went the extra mile and made a pair for me. When they arrived, they were a bit too small and they allowed me to send them back and after about 2 weeks we had a new pair delivered to our door.
