SUB STANDARD QUALITY

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the quality of products and the level of customer service provided by Grondpad Vellies, particularly in my recent interaction with Charl Wright the owner .

On 3 April 2024, My son and I when to address an issue wrt vellies purchased at Grondpad Vellies, , on my expectation of durable and high-quality products. Regrettably, after only2 Months of regular use, the vellies began to show signs of significant wear and tear and the sole of the shoe tore in half, which is far below the standard I anticipated for such an investment. Note, that the vellies is not purchased for going to the movies and to look nice, BUT TO WORK IN, in various environments and conditions.

Seeking resolution to this issue, I approached Charl Wright in person to express my concerns and discuss possible solutions. However, instead of addressing the matter professionally and attempting to find a satisfactory resolution, I was met with dismissiveness and arrogance. Charl Wright unwillingness to engage with my complaint and decision to walk away without addressing my concerns were deeply disheartening.

Furthermore, your suggestion that I publicly express my dissatisfaction on social media with photos of the products further highlights the lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by Grondpad Vellies and its owner Charl Wright.

As a result of this experience, I feel compelled to issue a stern warning to potential customers considering purchasing from Grondpad Vellies. My unfortunate encounter demonstrates that the management is unwilling or unable to resolve customer complaints amicably. I urge all prospective buyers to exercise caution and consider alternative options before making a purchase from your establishment.

I intend to share my experience on social media platforms to ensure that others are aware of the subpar quality of products and the lack of customer service at Grondpad Vellies and Charl Wright the owner, Additionally, I welcome feedback from individuals who may have had similar experiences to further inform potential customers.
