Poor After Sales Service (or complete Absence theroff)

I recently purchased a pair of Hunter Vellies from Grondpad Vellies and was super exited about the the purchase.

Shortly after the purchase I noticed that the soles are coming loose from the shoe and returned it on the 8th of May and were informed that it will be sent to the factory to be repaired and that I will be contacted in due course.

I was not contacted or update on the progress of the repair and after several attempts wia Whatss-App and Phone Calls to obtain an update still have not heard from GPV.

Yesterday 15/06/2021-After 6 weeks of doing this I was asked to confirm the date of return, the shoe size and make of Vellie as they have no record of this.

I really understand that that the soles come loose and appreciate the willingness shown by GPV to have the shoes repaired but I am UTTERLY DISSIPOINTED in the AFTER-SALES SERVICE that I have received thus far.
