Complaint

Hi <br> <br> I recently relocated to Worcester so I rent a flat from Grondbeurs Estate Agency in Worcester but the day we moved in 2January 2016 we did the inspection alone they only gave the key, so we did the inspection and the toilet was I mess and the bath is also I mess the toilet have a nasty smell we cleaned but nothing work the bath is busy rusting so we put it under they attention they sad they gonna fix but nothing so I went back and back again but still nothing then I send them a email then the owner reply the one of grondbeurs not the one from the building and said but the toilet and bath are old they can do nothing about it and we pay R4900 pm and a deposit of R13 500 what I think they can give us a better service
