EXCELLENT SERVICE BY CALL CENTRE AND TECHNICIAN

I purchased two Cobra T-971 taps in 2012. These taps are each equipped with a flexible hose. The hose on one of the taps starting leaking. I was very disappointed as I paid quite a bit for these taps. On contacting the call centre at Cobra at 0*** on Thursday 25 June 2015, I was put through to REIDWAAN. On explaining the problem, he immediately asked for my address and cell number. I just wanted the spare part. He informed me they would sent a technician at no cost. They would change the hoses on both taps. The technician would contact me on Friday or Monday. Well the technician Julius contacted me on Friday and said it would take an hour from Krugersdorp from me. JULIUS arrived within the hour. He was so professional, the taps were repaired in no time. Both gentlemen explained to me that the flexible hose had changed and was no longer silver but black which was commendable. COBRA, well done on excellent service, well done to REIDWAAN and JULIUS, two professional people.
