My experience with Groenkloof Property Administrators, managed by Ben Laubscher Jr

My experience with Groenkloof Property Administrators, managed by Ben Laubscher Jr., has been unacceptable. Despite being entrusted to manage my rental property in Olympus Country Estate, they have failed to pay rental income on time—July’s rent remains unpaid. In June 2025, I issued a clear written instruction to transfer management to Gary Sachs of RE/MAX, but this has been ignored. Multiple follow-up emails were sent without any response. Gary has tried calling Ben numerous times, but his calls go unanswered. I even contacted Ben’s father, who promised action, yet nothing has been done. The tenant’s deposit has also not been paid over or accounted for. This conduct reflects serious unprofessionalism, financial negligence, and possible breach of fiduciary duty. I have now escalated the matter to my attorneys, and request that the PPRA urgently investigate and take disciplinary action.
