My Birthday RUINED

<p>This is what happened: 3 couples drove to Clarens to be met with unfinished renovated accommodation (which we were never informed about) and the place was uninhabitable. </p> <p> </p> <p>I’m very disappointed that we had to drive for 4 hours (almost 400kms each car) to get to Clarens, to be met with accommodation that was not ready for us. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! That’s 400kms for each car to drive to Clarens, and then 400kms for 2 cars BACK to Johannesburg.</p> <p> </p> <p>That’s 1,200kms there, and 800kms back. That’s 2,000kms (TWO THOUSAND) kilometers’ petrol WASTED.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. All the dates were discussed and confirmed (check in 13th, check out 16th)</p> <p>2. Everything was paid for in advance</p> <p>3. We had telephone conversations about our pets – no renovations were EVER mentioned</p> <p>4. We were never informed about anything that’s being renovated on the premises or that it “might not be ready” – horrible HORRIBLE management!</p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKING.</p>
