Groenhoek Guest Farm - not worth the money paid

As a family we recently stayed at Groenhoek Guest Farm in Clarens. We booked the 7 sleeper family cabin. I didn't personally make the reservation, but my sister did, under her name. I did however pay for my family of four. We drove all that way for a very special friend's wedding and as a family break away. Due to the fact that it was over New Years, we were unable to seek alternative accommodation. So with this in mind, please consider my complaint as a serious one.<br> The entire cabin was run down, there were 3 light bulbs missing out of 4 lights in the main room, the cabin was serviced once in our 4 day stay. We found blood stains on the sheets and we were made to wait, as people had been booked into our cabin by mistake. We complained to housekeeping about the lights, yet nothing was done. The entire cabin was in disrepair. The blinds were broken and wouldn't open or close, as was a window in the main bedroom. The braai area was a complete mess ad knee high grass in places.
