After receiving the full payment work remains unfined

<p>I hope you can help my mom who has a problem with Karel Groenewald in Stellenbosch of Groenewald Sweiswerke.</p> <p>He had done some welding works, at her home in Curry Street, Cloetesville. I was in South Africa in July and contacted him to pointed out the unfinished work. However, he did come to complete some of the work I had pointed showed him, but again the work is not finished. We have the following problems:</p> <p>1. Based on the total square meter measurements on the quote, he did not complete the work. He needed to continue the welding of the entire front.<br />2. He removed wire that was at the main gate, and he did not return the wire<br />3. He never gave my mom the receipt of payment received, and she needs the receipt.<br />4. He did not give my mom a guarantee for the welding, and she needs a guarantee on the work as it was expensive.</p> <p>He had received 84000 rand for incomplete work, and now he has an attitude and doesn't want to finish the work as measured on the quote per square meter for the welding works. My mom made a mistake to pay in full for incomplete work. Please assist her because people such as Karel Groenewald can not get away with doing innocent people in who had worked hard to save money for the welding work.
