Please do better with your online services

I bought groceries online on Saturday the 23rd of November 2024 and i was later informed on the the 24th that one of the spices i ordered was out of stock, no one called me to aleast opt for a different spice that is within the same price range but no one called me i tried to call Makro but the was no answer the was no call back even on Monday,
