Unhappy with taking my money but not reversing funds with no order

I ordered and they took money from my bank account but then order timed out when I phoned them they said money would b reversed as yet nothing Went to capitec have proof order was canceled they could see money went of my account and they would investigate but have heard nothing and it has been 3 weeks now.
