Checkers 66 app does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I ordered items from them yesterday on the app like I always do, They had a special on Nestlé coffee sticks 4 for R10 which would be R20 in total as I took 2 of those instead they delivered 8 packs of Enrista coffee sachets for R759.92. They debited my account for the original order then debited the order again with the additional R759.92 without authorization. I called their customer service multiple times and received no assistance then eventually a consultant told me that no alternatives were selected so they selected their own, if no alternatives are selected leave the product out do not add your own with such a price difference! My debit orders bounced due to this inconvenience and I need to return the items back at my own cost as they do not collect items and still wait in order to be refunded. Everytime I order if an item is out of stock they leave it out, why are they even giving you the option of the item if there is no stock! They debit my account without authorization Absolutely horrible service
