I am really more than disgusted with this service delivery from Checker Emmarentia. I've been using their service from the day they started, and have eagerly awaited that moment. But from the start to now, I have only received everything I've ordered twice. This is totally unacceptable. I've even sent emails, AND spoke to the assistant that answers custamer care calls. NOTHING has changed. I order almost everyday, except for when I am not at home. At other branches, like the Blue Bird Centre, there is no such problem, which says this is a management problem at Emmarentia branch. Sadly I am forced to stop ordering. I would LOVE to make use of the service, but cannot with inadequate and useless management. Shame on Checkers, who I feel is putting in a monumental effort to be top notch.
