Delivery still impossible

How is it that ever since this service was started, I'm still out of reach for delivery? I was told when I queried the "out of reach" area that it would soon be expanded on to include my area since I'm 4km outside of the delivery border. All this time later, I still get the same notification when I open the 60Sixty app. Wonderpark is right across the road from me but unfortunately I cannot go because of peripheral neuropathy so I can't walk. Im totally dependent on home delivery services. I need to be able to order from your service please.
