Checkers Sixty60

I am big fan of the Sixty60 service hence I use it every week

Today I placed my order and received a call from their driver saying he is outside my property but then refused to come to my unit - he said he cannot do down the steps I was confused coz I had never had this problem before and I decided to call the call center but still I did not get help - driver then decided he will call my helper to take my order so I was left unhelped n hence I asked for a refund since I did not get the service I paid for n even tipped for and they have no control over their drivers - they clearly do not respect their customers - I was on the line with the consultant for over 30mins that’s still cost to me
